What is axillary hyperhidrosis (AH)?
Your G.P. can usually make a diagnosis of AH when you experience
>6 months of excessive underarm sweating and at least two of:
Armpit sweating bilaterally (both sides) | daily activities are affected
>1 episode per week | age of onset <25 years | family history of AH
Are injections for me?
If you have tried clinical strength antiperspirants and this has not worked, or you do not tolerate this due to local skin irritation, then you likely qualify for 'anti-wrinkle' injectable treatment under the PBS (if injected by a neurologist and referred by your GP - contact)
